Members, you will re-call that the Ontario Government engaged Mr. Tony Dean to perform a review of the OMERS Governance of Ontario accepted an offer by Mr. Dean to appear before him and present to him our opinions and ideas. Your Board of Directors are pleased with the final report submitted by Mr. Dean and support his findings.
