Passed away peacefully, on March 8, 2024 at the age of 89.

Beloved husband of the late Patricia (2020) for 61 & ½ years. Cherished father of Susan Bishop (Ted) and Ken Parker. Proud grandfather of Kevin (Mercedes) of Ancaster, Kendra of Indiana, Kurtis (Emily) of Niagara Falls and Ashleigh (Bryan) of St. Catharines. Loving great-grandfather of Ruby.

Dear brother of Ron (late Barb), Gloria (Edo), Bonnie (Ross) and Keith (Rosemary).

Don was a retired Niagara Region Police Officer. He served in the Canadian Navy at HMCS Shearwater Naval Air Station in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia from 1952-1957.

He will be lovingly remembered by all who knew him.

Don is resting at Morse & Son Funeral Home, 5917 Main Street, Niagara Falls, where his family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 13th from 2-5 p.m. A service to celebrate his life will be held at the funeral home on Thursday morning at 11 o’clock. Interment to follow at Lundy’s Lane Cemetery.
