LONG, Andrew Lawrence Passed away on August 30th at the age of 51 at Hamilton General Hospital. Beloved husband of Jodie, and loving father of Caleb. Son to Annette Woodrow Long (Yates) and John Lawrence Long, both deceased. Brother to Jackie Shaughnessy (Paul) and Carol Long. Andrew will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, extended family abroad and many, many friends. Andrew was a Police Constable with the Niagara Regional Police for over 19 years. He was also a Freemason and Past Master of Dundurn Lodge. Andrew always loved to spend time with family, and had a deep passion for music. A Celebration of Andrew’s life will be held on Saturday, October 20th at 12 p.m. at the MARLATT FUNERAL HOME, 615 Main Street East, Hamilton with visitation from 10:30 a.m. until 12 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Andrew’s memory may be made to Refuse to Lose Against PTSD.
