Passed away peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at the age of 91. Predeceased by his wife Hilda (1992). Dear father of the late Harley Jr. (2014) and Ricky (Margaret). Dearest friend of Gail Chmay for over 20 years. Harley was an active Police officer for 32 years with the Grantham Police, St. Catharines Police and the Niagara Regional Police. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #24 , St. Catharines for a number of years. In his spare time, Harley loved to fish, woodworking and painting. He also loved camping and being in the outdoors. The Turner Family will receive visitors at PLEASANTVIEW FUNERAL HOME 2000 Merrittville Highway, Thorold on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens.
