It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved son Todd Douglas Blair at the age of 56. Todd passed away peacefully in his sleep on March 6, 2022. He leaves behind his grieving father and best friend John, his mother (Micki) Millicent (nee, Doucet), his wife Vanessa (nee Walsh), Fenwick ON, Todd’s children, Kathleen (Vaughn) Noonan, Thorold, ON, Daniel, Thorold, ON, Grace and Jack, Fenwick ON., and his cherished granddaughter Sienna Noonan. He also leaves behind his sister Mary (Asad) Elbana and niece Letty Williams, all of Florida, and aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.

Todd was a recently retired Sergeant from the Niagara Regional Police Service where, amongst other duties, he served as a member of the dive team and the ETU team.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Hospice of Windsor and Essex County would be appreciated.
