Recently, the below email messages have been circulating attempting to trick the recipient to click a link then enter their Apple ID number. The links found here are NOT Apple support links and have already been disabled, but new ones are probably up and running as soon as the old ones are disabled. Obviously, the text usage in the messages are poorly written and is a hint that it did not legitimately come from Apple or Apple’s iTunes Store Customer Support. Continue reading

In case you missed it, after the 5th Estate program where President Paul Bailey was interviewed for his perception that Costco and other pharmaceuticals companies were involved in fraudulent activity involving kickbacks, Costco was fined $7.2 million dollars. When an Ontario resident with a valid OHIP card turns 65 years old, they are automatically enrolled in the Ontario Drug Benefits (ODB) program. The program may be accessed using the valid OHIP card at any pharmacy in Ontario.
RADICK, George Peter Passed away peacefully at the Welland Hospital on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at the age of 82. Beloved husband of the late Constance (Connie) nee Teachout. Loving father of Jonathan (Lisa Thompson) and Thomas. Cherished grandfather of Nigel and Jessie. George was a dedicated Niagara Regional Police Officer for 31 years. Family and friends will be received by the family at the PEDLAR FUNERAL HOME, 1292 Pelham Street, Fonthill on Monday, January 21st from 4:00-6:00 p.m. The funeral service to honour George’s life will take place at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 22nd beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Fonthill Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of one’s choice. Online condolences may be forwarded through http://www.pedlarfuneralhome.ca
