DOAN, R. Fredrick “Fred” Fred passed away at the Douglas Memorial Hospital on December 15, 2017 at the age of 76 surrounded by the love and prayers of his family after a courageous battle with M.S.. Loving husband of Janet. Proud father of Kelley Doan, Bill Doan, Paul Koczula and Kathie (Jason) Bath. Adored grandfather of Oriana, Ryker and Amanda-Rae. Beloved son-in-law of Jessie Clayton. Cherished brother of Bob (Glenda) and Jerry. He will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews his extended family and many friends. Fred served as a Police Officer, most recently with the Niagara Regional Police where he retired 21 years ago. Benner Funeral Services, Fort Erie entrusted with services.
